Climate Energy and Climate Action Fund
Messrs. Pacheco and Brady move that the proposed new draft be amended by adding after section 6 the following section:- “SECTION 6A. Said chapter 23J is hereby further amended by adding the following section:- Section 16. There shall be a separate fund to be known as the Clean Energy and Climate Action Fund, which shall be credited with any appropriations, bond proceeds or other monies authorized by the general court and specifically designated to be credited to that fund, including, but not limited to, federal grants or loans or private donations. The fund shall be administered by the Massachusetts clean energy technology center, who shall promulgate regulations for the use of the fund…
