Mr. Pacheco, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Keenan and Brady, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 98 the following section:- “SECTION 98A. The secretary of energy and environmental affairs shall review existing flood risk mapping resources in the commonwealth and assess the need for and feasibility of creating additional flood risk mapping resources to identify areas vulnerable to current and future flooding across the commonwealth.
