An Act upgrading the grid and protecting ratepayers
SECTION 1. Section 30 of chapter 7C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “of”, in line 4, the second time it appears, the following words:- , energy efficiency of and greenhouse gas emissions directly attributable to. SECTION 2. Said section 30 of said chapter 7C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 10 and 11, the words “energy conservation maintenance and operating procedures” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- maintenance and operating procedures for energy conservation, energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions reductions.
