Messrs. Durant, Fattman, Moore, Gomez and Oliveira, Ms. Comerford, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Kennedy, Mr. Brady, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Cronin and Montigny, Ms. Rausch and Messrs. Tarr and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended in section 8, by adding after proposed section 2EEEEEE of chapter 29 of the General Laws the following section:- “Section 2FFFFFF. (a) There shall be a Crumbling Concrete Assistance Fund, which shall be administered by the secretary of housing and livable communities.
