Messrs. Tarr, Cyr, Feeney and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following sections:- “SECTION _. Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5C the following new section:- Section 5D. Definitions applicable to this section and section 5E.
