Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new sections:- SECTION X. Subsection (a)(1) of section 4 of chapter 62 is hereby amended by striking “8.5” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “7.3” SECTION XX.
