Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end the following section:- "SECTION X. Section 226 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out the figure '2026', inserted by section 111 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- '2030'.”
