An Act authorizing the release of certain parcels of land in the town of Raynham from certain agricultural preservation restrictions and certain recreational use restrictions
SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding sections 32 to 37, inclusive, of chapter 7C of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the commissioner of agricultural resources, may execute a certificate of release for portions of 3 parcels of land subject in part or in whole to an agricultural preservation restriction granted to the commonwealth by the town of Raynham.
