An Act authorizing the city known as the town of Barnstable to change the use of a portion of a certain parcel of land within Mother’s Park
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary but subject to section 5A of chapter 3 of the General Laws, the conservation commission of the city known as the town of Barnstable shall transfer to the town council for the purpose of changing its use as described in this act.
