Mr. Tarr, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 10 after subsection (a) the following new subsection: "(a 1/2). Upon receipt of a challenge to library materials, the school district shall provide, to the maxim extend feasible, affected notice to parents and guardians of enrolled students in a timely manner, including the title of the challenged material and the process for review"; By inserting in line 13 after the words, "school personnel," the following:- "and at least 2 parents or guardians of students enrolled in the district"; and By inserting after Section 82C the following new section:- "SECTION 82D.
