Appealing a challenge
Mr. Tarr, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking in lines 17-19 in its entirety and inserting place thereof the following:- " (c) A decision of the school committee to remove or to retain materials in a school library following a challenge may be appealed only by the student, parent or guardian who filed the initial challenge, or the content creator, through a complaint for judicial review of administrative decision pursuant to chapter 30A. Such appeal shall be filed with the superior court, which shall conduct the review in accordance with the procedures set forth in said chapter.
