Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Messrs. O'Connor, Collins, Montigny and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after the words “housing assistance program” in line 63 the following:- “, provided further that the executive office shall provide for the conduction of a background check on all applicants, provided further that the background check shall be conducted by an approved and licensed entity that complies with federal, state, and local laws governing background investigations, provided further that the required background check shall include, but is not limited to: criminal history review, including state, national, and international records; immigration and residency …
