Prohibit Payment of Incentive Bonuses for Signature Collection
Mr. Finegold, Ms. Edwards, Messrs. Montigny and Cyr, Ms. Creem, Ms. Comerford and Mr. Payano move that the proposed new draft be amended by adding the following sections:- “SECTION A1.
