Mr. Fattman and Ms. Dooner move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following new section:- “SECTION X. The senate committee on post audit and oversight shall conduct an investigation into the emergency housing assistance program’s security lapses and shortcomings which have compromised public safety, health and security. The committee shall focus on, but not be limited to, investigating the admission process of families and individuals into the emergency housing assistance program, and investigating the established protocols for shelter placement removal based on conduct and behavior.
