Going past 10PM
Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by inserting after Rule 38A1/2 the following new rule:-- "38A3/4: The Senate shall not continue in session beyond 10 p.m. This rule shall not be suspended unless by two-thirds votes of the members present and voting consent to such suspension on a recorded yea and nay vote."
