Clarifying legislative days for Rule 24
Mr. Fattman and Ms. Dooner move to amend the report by inserting at the end of Rule 24 the following:- “For the purposes of this rule, there shall not be more than one legislative day within a calendar day when a motion to lay a matter on the table is made.”
