Mr. Montigny, Ms. Rausch, Mr. O'Connor and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1121, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not later than March 2, 2026, the department shall submit a report to the senate committee on post audit and oversight and the senate and house committees on ways and means detailing: (i) expenditures from this item; (ii) the number of persons reached by the campaign under this item; (iii) the methods and strategies implemented to reach said persons; and (iv) activities carried out by the department pursuant to this item; provided further, that not later than September 1, 2025, the department shall update …
