48 Hours for conference committee reports
Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by striking, in rule 11B, the following "until the 2nd calendar day following the day on which said report was filed and made available to the public and to the members of the general court." and inserting in place thereof:-- "until a minimum of 48 hours have passed since the filing of the report and said report having been made available to the public and to the members of the general court, provided further that conference committee reports shall be filed by 5:00 PM."
