Mr. Collins and Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 7 the following section:- “SECTION 7A. Chapter 10 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 35III, as amended by section 16 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2024, and inserting in place thereof the following section:- Section 35III. There shall be established and set up on the books of the commonwealth a separate, non-budgeted special revenue fund known as the Old Harbor Reservation Trust Fund, which shall be administered by the department of conservation and recreation.
