Messrs. Tarr, Fattman and Durant, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:- "SECTION_. Section 18 of Chapter 358 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: - (d) The Executive office of housing and livable communities shall develop and promulgate regulations to allow a municipality affected by the zoning provisions of this section to appeal for relief from such provisions based on one or more of the following: 1.
