Messrs. Keenan and Montigny move to amend the report by inserting at the beginning of Rule 2A after the word "member" the following words:- "or immediate family member of the member, officer or employee"; by inserting at the beginning of Rule 2A after the word "purchase" the following words:- "or sell"; and, by inserting in Rule 2A after the words "granting to" the following words:- "or depriving".
