An Act authorizing the town of Lenox to convey a certain parcel of land to Massachusetts Audubon Society, Inc. in exchange for 2 parcels of land in the town of Lenox
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 30B of the General Laws, but subject to paragraphs (a), (b) and (g) of section 16 of said chapter 30B, the town of Lenox may convey a certain parcel of land containing 105 acres, more or less, located in the town of Lenox on the town line of Lenox and Richmond, and identified on the town of Lenox assessor’s map as map 26, lot 2, owned by the town of Lenox pursuant to chapters 110 and 423 of the acts of 1869, to Massachusetts Audubon Society, Inc.. SECTION 2.
