An Act to support improved financial stability in higher education
SECTION 1. Chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 44 the following section:- Section 45. (a) The board of higher education shall establish and implement a comprehensive training program for members of the boards of trustees of public institutions of higher education, as provided in section 5. The board shall provide instruction and training to members on the proper governance of an institution of higher education.
