SECTION 1. Section 10B of chapter 66 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- The home address, personal email address, home telephone number or mobile telephone number of an employee of an agency, executive office, department, board, commission, bureau, division or authority of the commonwealth, or of a political subdivision thereof, or of an authority established by the general court to serve a public purpose, in the custody of the governmental entity which maintains records identifying persons as falling within those categories shall not be public records; provided, that the information may be disclosed only t…
