An Act authorizing the release of certain land in the town of Cummington from the operation of an agricultural preservation restriction
SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding sections 32 to 37, inclusive, of chapter 7C of the General Laws or any general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the commissioner of agricultural resources, may execute a certificate of release for a portion of a certain parcel of land subject to an agricultural preservation restriction granted to the commonwealth by the trustees of the Massachusetts Farm and Conservation Lands Trust in an instrument dated December 12, 1983, recorded in Hampshire county registry of deeds at book 2413, page 73.
