An Act authorizing the town of Hadley to convey a conservation restriction on certain parcels of land
SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Hadley, acting by and through its board of selectmen acting as the board of water commissioners, pursuant to chapter 714 of the acts of 1971, may convey to Kestrel Land Trust, a nonprofit charitable conservation trust established under the laws of the commonwealth, for no or nominal consideration, a perpetual conservation restriction pursuant to section 31 to 33, inclusive, of chapter 184 of the General Laws on 3 parcels of land owned by the town for water supply purposes and as identified in subsection (b).
