An Act authorizing the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority to release easements upon certain real property in the town of Stoneham
SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, but subject to subsection (d) of section 9 of chapter 372 of the acts of 1984, the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority may release or relocate 3 easements, each of which is described in subsection (b) and is located upon a certain parcel of land in the town of Stoneham owned or formerly owned by Langwood Commons LLC. (b) The 3 easements authorized to be released or relocated pursuant to subsection (a) are: (i) the portion of the easement shown as “Water Easement (WE-1)” on Lot L on sheet 1 of Plan No. 1364 of 2007 recorded with the Middlesex south registry of deeds on December 21, 2007, referred to in this act …
