An Act relative to the governance, structure and care of veterans at the Commonwealth’s veterans’ homes
SECTION 1. Section 17 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 4 to 7, the words “, and the superintendent, the board of trustees of the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke, who shall have the title of superintendent and is appointed by the board of trustees of the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke”. SECTION 2. Said chapter 6, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out sections 40 and 41 and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sections:- Section 40.
