An Act relative to a certain parcel of land in the town of Townsend
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commonwealth, acting by and through the department of fish and game, may void the deed by which said department acquired, for conservation purposes, a certain parcel of land located in the town of Townsend as a gift from the grantor, Mary A. Ballarino, which deed is recorded with the Middlesex South registry of deeds in book 75813, page 486; provided, however, that the department may only void the deed upon agreement from Mary A.
