An Act authorizing the town of Pepperell to convey a certain parcel of land to the Commonwealth
SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, and pursuant to Article 97 of the Amendments to the Constitution, the town of Pepperell, acting by and through its board of selectmen and conservation commission, may convey a certain parcel of land in the town of Pepperell to the commonwealth, acting by the department of fish and game, including consent to a taking of land by the commonwealth, to be held for conservation purposes in connection with the department of fish and game’s Unkety Brook wildlife management area, for consideration of $4,300.
