An Act to permit the creation of a right-turn lane from Edgell road to Central street in the city of Framingham
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding sections 32 to 37, inclusive, of chapter 7C of the General Laws or any general or special law to the contrary, the commonwealth shall change the purpose of certain land lying to the east of the layout of Edgell road in the city of Framingham, as laid out by the county commissioners under an order dated December 31, 1925, from land held open forever as a common for the benefit of the inhabitants of Framingham pursuant to a February 12, 1926 stipulation entered by the land court in Misc.
