Ms. Rausch, Ms. Kennedy, Mr. Collins, Ms. Howard, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Edwards, Messrs. Gomez, Payano, Velis, Eldridge and O'Connor, Ms. Lovely, Mr. Oliveira and Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Women’s History Center, Inc. to amplify the history of women of all backgrounds in the commonwealth"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$300,000".
