Population Change Study
Messrs. Tarr, Durant, O'Connor and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section_ the following section:- "SECTION_. The University of Massachusetts shall conduct a study of changes in the population in the commonwealth in the last 10 years, projected changes in the next 10 years, the causes including but not limited to positive and negative factors influencing such changes so as to inform the decisions of state government.
