Addressing Biomass
Mr. Gómez, Ms. Comerford, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Oliveira, Ms. Howard, Messrs. Eldridge, Driscoll and Payano and Ms. Lovely move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 27 the following section:- “SECTION 27A. Section 11F ¾ of said chapter 25A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 39, the words “(10) biomass fuel; and (11)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- and (10).”.
