An Act dissolving the North Carver water district
SECTION 1. Chapter 124 of the acts of 2008 is hereby repealed and, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the North Carver Water District is hereby dissolved. SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, without further conveyance or other action, all the assets, liabilities, obligations and indebtedness and the powers and duties of the North Carver Water District including, but not limited to, those enumerated in chapter 124 of the acts of 2008, are hereby transferred to the town of Carver; provided, however, that real property transferred pursuant to this act shall continue to be used for water supply purposes.
