An Act to prevent abuse and exploitation
SECTION 1. Chapter 12 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 36. (a) The attorney general, in consultation with the department of elementary and secondary education, the department of youth services and the Massachusetts District Attorneys Association, shall develop and implement a comprehensive educational diversion program about the activity commonly known as “sexting”.
