Messrs. Eldridge and Collins, Ms. Edwards, Mr. Keenan, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Fernandes, Tarr and Moore and Ms. Jehlen move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 5 the following section:- “SECTION 5A. Chapter 21A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2A the following section:- Section 2B. (a) There shall be within the executive office of energy and environmental affairs a drought management task force.
